The intellect has
little to do on the road to discovery.
There comes a leap in consciousness, call it Intuition or
what you will,
the solution comes to you and you don't know how or
why.

I
bring over 25 years of varied and relevant facilitation and
consultation experience to any learning and consulting
context. My background in psychology, sociology,
alternative dispute resolution and relationship awareness
has allowed me to offer a wide array of services to
organizations and communities. My fields of expertise are
facilitation, planning, needs assessment, program
evaluation, strategic planning, project coordination,
community development, change and transition management,
mediation and negotiation. I am also the founder and
director of Eksento Inc.
Over the years, I have developed an expertise in supporting
and guiding organizational strategic plans, and his
insightful facilitation skills have also assisted
organizations, networks and community service groups to
foster team building, implement system and policy changes,
create consensus and endorse cross-sectoral service
protocols. I work to maximize knowledge acquisition through
dynamic and ongoing interaction with a view to help
individuals increase their skills base and create a better
workplace. I have been providing management, leadership,
conflict management and team building training at Bruyère
Continuing Care since 2003. I have recently participated in
designing and implementing the violence in the workplace
prevention program for Bruyère Continuing Care.
